SteamVR Brings Oculus Rift to Developers
Valve’s been keen on licensing various Steam Boxes to integrate their new OS with various hardware manufacturers, and they’re pushing forward with more tech with the announcement of SteamVR.
SteamVR allows software run through Steam to display on the Oculus Rift through Big Picture mode. A simple line of code activates the mode after installation, and it opens up devs to get into the beta and and experiment with the display features.
