]]> Seems like Moonlightswami did not actually sign an NDA agreement with Microsoft about not discussing the Xbox One UI. Seems like it was only a verbal agreement, as it were, with Microsoft, with the trip to the Xbox One Launch event with Major Nelson just an added incentive to not talk about said UI to the public, or even use it.

Considering that Moonlightswami might still be able to reveal some bits of information here and there with the gaming public since he did not sign an NDA, we can look forward to more information about the UI before launch. But on the other hand, we have to consider the consequences that Moonlightswami might have to go through if he breaks the gentleman’s agreement with MS. We’ll keep our ears open.

]]> You might’ve heard about Twitter user @Moonlightswami talking about how he received an early shipment of a legit Xbox One from Target, and how his console was promptly banned by Microsoft, even though it wasn’t his fault that he received, and operated, an early release Xbox One.

Well, it seems as Microsoft not only unbanned his console, but Major Nelson also invited Moonlightswami to an Xbox One launch event, and also made him agree to an NDA. Reason being, as Moonlightswami mentions below, it’s due to some new features of the Xbox One that Moonlightswami might have access to that are still under wraps on Microsoft’s side. Very interesting news indeed.
