]]> Atari posted on Twitter today that Roller Coaster Tycoon is returning to PC after the release of a mobile game.



Roller Coaster Tycoon 4 was announced for iOS yesterday. The last entry in the series to be on PC was Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 back in October 2004. After that, the series was moved to handheld consoles (Nintendo 3DS, specifically) in October 2012. However, it is rumored to only be a browser game (most likely ending up on Facebook) as opposed to being an actual PC release due to the tweet stating “PC experience”. Details are scarce right now so we’ll keep you posted on any new developments as they arise.
